Make UV Protection Part of Your Routine

UV damage develops over time, but small daily decisions can significantly reduce your exposure. Wearing sunscreen, choosing protective clothing, seeking shade, avoiding indoor tanning, and monitoring your skin are important habits to practice throughout the year.

UV Awareness Month may take place during the summer, but sun safety should not end when July does! Consistent protection in every season is one of the most effective steps you can take to support the long-term health of your skin.

If you have concerns about UV damage or have noticed a new or changing spot, call us at (413) 733-9600  to schedule a skin exam with the New England Dermatology & Laser Center.
