Lasers & Phototherapy
LASERS
The physicians at New England Dermatology & Laser Center have combined their expertise and more than 25 years of laser experience to establish a state-of-the-art laser center for the treatment of cosmetic problems and skin diseases. As the art and science of laser technology advances, we continually strive to provide you with the most up-to-date treatments and procedures available. There are several types of lasers, each capable of treating different problems.Treatment varies according to individual needs and depends on the size, color, and type of lesion. Laser procedures can be performed relatively painlessly in most instances. Complete removal or significant improvement in the appearance of small spots may be accomplished in one treatment session. Larger, darker, or more numerous lesions and tattoos generally require multiple treatments.
The cost of laser surgery depends on the size and number of lesions treated, the length of time the laser is used, and the number of treatments required. No assurances can be given that your expectations will be fulfilled but every effort will be made to do so. Unfortunately, the outcome of treatment cannot be guaranteed. Customarily, cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.
