APPOINTMENTS

Patients are seen by appointment only. Each physician cares for his or her own patients and you may choose anyone for your personal dermatologist. You may be offered an appointment with a physician assistant. Each PA works with a physician and medical assistant as a team to provide optimum patient care. If your provider is not available, you may see another, as there is someone on call 24 hours a day.

You should arrive at the office at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete registration forms and make any updates or changes to your current forms. Alternatively, you may download and complete our registration forms and bring them with you to expedite your visit. Please bring any insurance information and required referral forms. If your plan requires an authorization from your primary care physician, you must bring it with you or our office must have received it in order for you to be seen. If your visit has not been authorized, you have the option of rescheduling or signing a waiver making you financially responsible. This is your decision.

We respect your time commitments and a sincere effort is made to adhere to the office schedule. Nevertheless, delays are sometimes unavoidable. When this happens, your patience is appreciated. In case an urgent appointment is needed, please explain the circumstances to the receptionist and every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible. Similarly, if you cannot keep an appointment, please give our office 24 hours notice.
